CLIMATS, WINEGROWERS AND GOURMETS
Description
Jacky Rigaux, ardent advocate of terroirs, returns to a study of the “climates” ofBurgundy, which he defines as “carefully demarcated vineyard parcels each capable of producing a wine with a distinct personality”. Aubert de Villaine, for whom a “climate” represents “an alchemy between a place, nature, people and centuries”, makes a precious contribution to this work.
